This Privacy Statement provides information on the processing of personal data by Bioceros BV and its subsidiary Bioceros BV, hereafter Bioceros, we or us.
In this Privacy Statement we describe who we are, how and for which purposes we process your personal data, how you can exercise your privacy rights and all other information that may be relevant to you.

This Privacy Statement is applicable to the processing by Bioceros of all personal data of its suppliers, business partners, blood donors and other individuals. This Privacy Statement does not address the processing of personal data of applicants or employees in the context of their employment relationship with Bioceros.

Bioceros is the controller of the processing of all personal data that falls within the scope of this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement indicates what personal data are collected and used (processed) by Bioceros and for what purpose, and to which persons or entities the data will or may be provided. For the conclusion and execution of agreements
When you have purchased a service from us as a customer or when you work together with us as a supplier or business partner, we process your personal data for administrative purposes such as sending invoices and making payments. Bioceros will process your personal data in order to further execute our agreement, including for the delivery of customer services.
For this purpose, we process your contact details such as your name, email address, date of birth, telephone number and company name.
For scientific research
Bioceros conducts research into immune diseases. For this scientific research Bioceros does blood tests with the blood of blood donors. Sanquin and U-Diagnostics provide Bioceros with blood bags and pseudonymous data (a code on the bag).Bioceros only processes personal data with the explicit consent of the blood donor.

Bioceros processes your personal data, because Bioceros has a legitimate interest to reply to your message and/or answer your question.
- Recruitment and selection
We collect and process your personal data for the purposes of the recruitment and selection procedure and to ensure its efficient and effective functioning.
If you have shown interest in a position at Bioceros, we store your personal data. We use the data to communicate with you and to determine whether your qualifications and profile meet the requirements of that specific vacancy. For example, we may inform you about new vacancies or invite you for recruitment activities.
For this purpose, we process your name, e-mail, place, date of birth, nationality and recruitment information (such as your resume, employment history, education history etc.)
We process your personal data for this purpose on the basis of your consent when you provide us with your personal data.
For this purpose, your personal data will be retained for 4 weeks after the application process unless consent is given to store data for 1 year. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from our systems.
